How long can I return a product?
The return periods apply from the shipping or collection date. The date of the shipping stamp or the personal return is decisive for the return.
Will I be charged for a return?

- Delivery in a branch: none
- Parcel shipping: CHF 9.-
- Logistics service provider for packages from 30kg and 1.0mx 0.6mx 0.6m
- Packed from the curb: CHF 60.-
- Unpackaged and/or ex place of use: CHF 120.-
In the following cases, the postage costs are covered by P77:
- clothing or shoes
- Received a different product than ordered
- Incorrect product information in the online shop
- Receipt of an unordered product
- Receipt of an incomplete product

- Unopened, undamaged original packaging: none
- Open packaging or used product: at least 10% or a minimum deduction of CHF 40.-
- Clothing and shoes without signs of wear, tags on the garment and original packaging present: none
How can I initiate a return?
- Register the return online via “Returns” in your customer account
- Choose return reason and packaging condition
- Indicate how you want to return the product

- Parcels from 30kg or larger than 1.0mx 0.6mx 0.6m only via logistics service providers

- Our specialist department will contact you after registration and initiate collection. Our logistics service provider will then coordinate the pick-up date with you
Are there any products that I cannot return?
- Products with missing accessories
- If the original packaging is not available
- Electronic Software Licenses (ESD) and Food
- Cars, electric cars or hybrid cars
The following products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened
- Safety products such as child seats or climbing ropes
- Consumables such as toner, filters, ink cartridges
- Hygiene items such as toothbrushes, razors, etc.
- Books, DVDs and software without broken seals
- Products used to prepare or store food such as blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.
- You can report a defect for damaged, faulty or non-functional products.
